Our approach
Through several workshops, we created their brand architecture, then used this to define a new brand identity. Once this was in place, we turned our attention first, to a lead generating website carefully designed to tell the Redeployable brand story, and then to the inner workings of the platform itself. We paid careful attention to detail on the platform UX and design to ensure the overall job and candidate search was as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Finally we laid the strategy down and executed a marketing campaign to drive sign ups to the platform, onboard new clients and use content to build engagement and awareness.
