The brief

DNA Recruit has never been shy when it comes to shaking off the shackles of convention and doing things in their own style. You could say it’s part of their DNA and that’s why since 2008 people within the events and creative sectors turn to them. With standards this high they needed a brand identity and digital experience that continued to set the precedence and made the competition wince.

Our approach

Going beyond and digging deep was the order of the day for their evolution.  It wasn’t enough to just understand the market, its forces and expectations, we had to get to know the team, and the business like the back of our hand. We had to do something that had never been done before. 

Once we had all we needed, we worked closely with the team, mapping out a design and flow that created a premium identity and experience that stood out from the pack. Then we turned our focus to ensuring that DNA Recruit became a commercial success by working on a marketing strategy that combined creativity with lead-generating acumen in a simple yet effective way.
