The Brief
Eclipse came to us with a strong offering, a loyal client base, and a team of 56 experts across four offices but their digital presence didn’t match their impact. They needed a brand and website that would reflect their evolved proposition and growing reputation as one of the UK’s leading CRO specialists. It had to feel grown-up without losing personality, scientific without feeling cold, and results-driven without sounding corporate. We were tasked with redefining Eclipse’s brand from the inside out: clarifying their positioning, refining their voice, and giving them a visual identity and web presence that aligned with the scale of their results.

Brand Positioning
We distilled Eclipse’s essence into a clear proposition: Powered by Experimentation. This core idea helped us frame everything from their CRO retainer offering to their internal culture, giving the brand a bold, consistent centre of gravity.
Visual Identity
We developed a sleek, modern identity that blends science and humanity. Using a distinctive palette, modular graphics, and layered gradients, we brought a sense of experimentation into every asset while giving the brand the maturity it had earned.
Messaging & Tone of Voice
We wrote brand messaging that embraced Eclipse’s blend of curiosity, data, and empathy. Headlines like “Theory doesn’t keep the lights on. Results do.” and “Science. Designed by people, for people.” grounded their offering in clarity, evidence, and relatability.
Website Design & Copy
We designed and wrote a new website experience that puts CRO at the centre. This meant clearer service pages, better SEO structure, and sharper storytelling across every touchpoint. The entire experience was written to reflect Eclipse’s approach: intentional, impactful, and human.
