The Brief

Avocado Property had built serious momentum as a challenger brand in the estate agency world. Fresh, social-first, and proudly untraditional. Their early growth had been organic, powered by founder-led marketing and DIY design. But as they looked to scale, they knew what got them here wouldn’t get them there. They came to Unearthed ready for a new chapter. One that would define their core positioning, align their team around a shared identity, and raise the standard of everything they put into the world.

Our Approach

We kicked things off with a deep dive into the Avocado brand; the founding story, the challenger mindset, the energy behind the pink. From there, we worked closely with the founders to distil the why behind the business and define the key behaviours and beliefs that made them different.

With clarity on their mission, purpose, and audience, we crafted a full brand platform: messaging pillars, tone of voice, and a narrative that captured their unique blend of marketing science and real human warmth.

Then came the rebrand. We evolved their visual identity to be sharper, more cohesive, and built for scale. From social media templates to for-sale boards. Finally, we designed and developed a brand-new website: bold, high-converting, and built around the experience today’s sellers actually want.
